Nathan R. Ross - Criminal and DUI Defense
Before joining Luke Law, I was an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During that time, I prosecuted thousands of cases in Clay County, ranging from Driving under the Influence (“DUI”) to drug possession to domestic violence. Now, my practice is principally focused defending those facing criminal charges. My goal is to be a passionate and zealous advocate for the freedom and constitutional rights of my clients.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Coastal School of Law and was an active student during my time there. I served on the editorial board of the Law Review where I helped organize nationally recognized legal symposia. I was awarded competitive internships at both the Florida Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I also served as a student-pupil in the Chester Bedell Inn of Court and first began representing clients in the consumer law clinic at Florida Coastal.
My wife and I reside in Green Cove Springs. Together we enjoy working with animal charities. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and am involved in a mentor relationship established through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida.
