Like many businesses, the wellbeing, health, and safety of our community is among our chief concerns right now.
Our office continues to be staffed daily to take your calls; however, we continue to emphasize video conferencing as a preference when meeting with our clients. This is the current system adopted by the Florida state courts and that is the model we are seeking to follow. Our video conferencing system is compatible with smart phone technology.
For those unable video conference, our office is maintaining an appointment only schedule. When meeting with you in the office is necessary, we take steps to minimize client overlap, minimize the number of individuals in the office, and sanitize before and after each appointment.
Should you need to schedule an in-person appointment, rest assured we will take the steps necessary to provide a safe environment for you.
For in office appointments, we ask that you call the office when you arrive for your appointment in order to confirm we are ready for you to enter.
We prioritize safety, which includes wearing face coverings during your appointment. If you do not have one when you arrive, we are happy to provide it to you. Our staff will wear masks during your appointment and please remember that wearing a face covering is recommended by the CDC.
Additionally, we ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have a fever that you reschedule your appointment. If you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or are under medical guidance to self-quarantine, we also ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Finally, as an added convenience for our clients we have partnered with LawPay, a company recommended by the Florida Bar Association, to offer secure, online payment options to our clients.
